Prerequisite
Certification in Adult CPR and AED is required.
CPR IS NOT REVIEWED IN THIS COURSE
Prior completion of a basic first aid class is strongly encouraged.

Learn Adult CPR/AED and First Aid basics including:
Signs and symptoms of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, stroke, and duties, roles, and responsibilities of First Aid rescuers, scene safety, phoning for help, finding the problem, and more.
Discover how to deal with medical emergencies such as Assembling and using an inhaler, choking in an Adult, Child, and Infant, Diabetes and low blood sugar, and strokes. You’ll also cover actions for internal bleeding, Amputation, Broken bones, Sprains, Burns, and a few others.
Lastly, you’ll become familiar with actions to take for bites and stings and temperature-related and poison emergencies.

BLS CPR AHA Refresher course
Recommended for health care providers, EMS, Civil servants, Dental, Lifeguards, and others wanting to gain course completion cards.
The course covers one and two-rescuer for CPR and Foreign body airway obstruction. Also includes the use and training in Automatic External Defibrillator AED, mouth and mask, bag-mask, and stroke/brain attack is reviewed and skilled.
Passing a written exam is required.
