The course covers one rescuer for CPR and Foreign body airway obstruction. How to recognize a Heart attack, cardiac arrest, and stroke.
Also includes the use and training in Automatic External Defibrillator AED, mouth and mask, and bag-mask.
Receive a 2-year course completion eCard included.

MONITORING COURSE
Bring each session:
1. Your instructor’s materials to teach this course.
This course is the required monitoring portion of the AHA Instructor course New/Refresher.
Basic Life Support (BLS)
This is a 4.5-hour course completed in a classroom setting.
At the end of the monitoring, the instructor is able to teach at the BLS level and any Heartsaver courses of the American Heart Association.
Course Monitoring:
- Must be completed with an AHA TCF Instructor for the first class either BLS or Heartsaver, within 6 months from the initial Instructor course.
- The monitoring form MUST be given to Affiliate Faculty when completed, so it can be sent in with ALL paperwork from class to the designated Training Center of the instructor’s choice.
- This was previously paid for in your Instructor course.
CPR/AED is on Oct 4th and First aid, is on Oct. 5th

Learn how to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child/infant until professional help arrives. Learn lifesaving strategies. Gain confidence to provide basic first aid. Learn when lifesaving skills are required and how to assist a patient in less severe conditions.
Topics include Preparedness, childhood, illness, and injuries, child abuse, chronic disease, and finding out what is wrong. Bleeding and wounds, shock, head injuries, and more.
