Pet First Aid/CPR Course

Learn Basic Pet First Aid topics including Pet CPR with a Dog CPR manikin and a demonstration/hands-on practice in the classroom.

Standard health and safety-related issues, first aid basics, when to seek professional care, and disaster planning steps for properly caring for pets.

While we know you love your 4 legged friends, Please do not bring your pet to class. Please bring a stuffed animal, so can practice the techniques.

Textbook and eCard included in the course.

MN Board Peace Officer Post approved.  CE’s are obtained with classroom attendance.

Lab 6 sessions, 4 hours each   5:30-9:30 PM & Online work 

Dates: 2024 Lab sessions and Psychomotor exam

Jan. 15th, 18th, 22nd, 25th, 29th, Feb. 1st-Exam

June 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th, 17th, 20th-Exam

Bring each Lab session:

• AHA BLS CPR included in the class
• The folder is given on the first day
• Watch with a secondhand
• Last day a Laptop to register with EMSRB

These are Lab and testing sessions only, coursework is online.  You can go to different lab sessions as long as you complete 1-6.
