January 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th- by Rochester, MN. The 28th- Exam is in Coon Rapids, MN.
This course is for current EMRs who want to take the Bridge course for EMTs. This will be held at a Fire Department by Rochester and then on the final day in Coon Rapids.
The Clinical portion can be completed in Rochester or the Twin Cities.

This course is for people who frequent the outdoors, camp counselors, hikers, family trips to experience the outdoors, and want to learn to be better prepared when EMS can be delayed. The minimum age to attend this course is 16 y.o.
Have a wilderness experience, meet new people that also love the outdoors, and learn new skills.

Preparation for help and Assessments; Scene and Patient Primary and Secondary
Preventing and Caring for Injuries and Illnesses; Controlling bleeding, Shock
Environmental Hazards
Performing a Hands-on Physical Exam
Vital Signs
Other Wilderness Considerations and many more
Prerequisite
Certification in Adult CPR and AED is required.
CPR IS NOT REVIEWED IN THIS COURSE
Prior completion of a basic first aid class is strongly encouraged.

• Up to 2 years

• The certification card is included in the course

Recommended for health care providers, EMS, Civil servants, Dental, Lifeguards, and others wanting to gain course completion card.
The course covers one and two-rescuer for CPR and Foreign body airway obstruction. Also includes the use and training in Automatic External Defibrillator AED, mouth and mask, bag-mask, and stroke/brain attack is reviewed and skilled.

EMR/EMT Psychomotor Skills Testing Stations
This is psychomotor skill testing for students that have completed the online and or in-person EMR/EMT course.
State testers will be performing the NREMT-required testing skill stations.
Our Training Center provides a professional and comfortable atmosphere that allows the student and testers proficiency and ease for the exams.
- Please bring a copy of your EMR/EMT completed course certification.
- Please contact the office at 763-576-8146, if you will be attending the test; so we can prepare the state testers.
