Our CPR and First Aid courses reflect the latest updates in medical science and education standards as per the 2025 Guidelines for CPR and ECC. These two-part courses include online instruction followed by a mandatory hands-on skills session, sold separately, to achieve course completion. (Hands-on is required to achieve a card). Each course begins with an online component accessed through a course key, allowing you to train at your own pace. Following completion, a certificate is provided, which must be presented at the skills session within 60 days.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Online
Duration: 4.00 Hours
Heartsaver First Aid and CPR/AED teaches participants to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Based on the latest American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on session.
Learn essential skills in a blended learning format. Complete the online portion and follow up with a hands-on skills session conducted by an AHA Training Center instructor. Successfully complete the course to receive a course completion card valid for two years.
Heartsaver CPR AED Online
Designed for childcare providers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, youth organizations, coaches, parents, grandparents, babysitters, and guardians. This course prepares those who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in adult and children until professional help arrives. This course my or may not include all three skills, adult, child, infant.
Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online
Designed for childcare providers, teachers, foster care workers, camp counselors, youth organizations, coaches, parents, grandparents, babysitters, and guardians. This course prepares those who have a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in children until professional help arrives.
Heartsaver First Aid Online
The Heartsaver First Aid course is designed for anyone with little or medical training who needs first aid. Training and course completion for a job, regulatory (Example: OSHA), or other requirements. This course can be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared to act in any emergency.

Is AHA ACLS or PALS the right course for me?
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS
ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiac arrest, stroke, or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, critical care/intensive care, and surgery such as Physicians, Nurses, and Paramedics, as well as others who need an ACLS course completion card for a job or other requirement. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
ACLS for Experienced Providers:
For those who are proficient in performing BLS and ACLS skills, reading and interpreting ECGs, understanding ACLS pharmacology; and who regularly lead or participate in emergency assessment and treatment of pre arrest, arrest, or post-arrest patients.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS
PALS is intended for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units that encounter pediatric patients on a regular basis. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years.
