First Aid and CPR AED
Enroll NowHeartsaver First Aid and CPR/AED teaches participants to provide first aid, perform CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively. Based on the latest American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on session.
These classes are for a healthcare BLS CPR course
The American Heart Association’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate breaths and ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. The course reflects science and education from the 2025 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

Is this the right course for me?
The BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare professionals and trained first responders who provide care to patients in a wide variety of settings, as well as individuals enrolled in a healthcare training program.
The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs an OSHA-compliant course completion card—or anyone who simply wants to be ready to respond in an emergency.
Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is for anyone responsible for the care and safety of children and infants, especially those who may need to respond in an emergency before professional help arrives.

Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Training
The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course gives you the skills to act quickly in an infant or child emergency. You will learn how to respond to common childhood illnesses and injuries—such as bleeding, burns, allergic reactions, breathing problems, and more—along with serious conditions like shock, seizures, head or spinal injuries, and drowning response and prevention.
Training also includes CPR, AED use, and choking relief for infants and children, with an option to add adult modules.
Will I get card?
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
Can I receive Continuing Education for the online courses?
Depending on which BLS course option you choose, or Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED; CE/CME may be available for your profession.
Participation and Successful Completion
Successful completion of this CE activity includes the following:
- Complete all portions of the online activity
- Complete the course evaluation
- Receive the certificate/statement of credit
