  • Certifications and Insurance: All our contractors are current in their certifications/licenses, CPR/AED, and carry Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Interview and Skills: Every team member has undergone a thorough interview process and passed a skills interview.
  • Experience: Our team members have extensive volunteer and paid experience with our preceptors in event settings, along with their regular duties in fire, police, EMT, and paramedic roles in various departments.

Professionalism and Preparedness

  • Uniforms: All SAVE A LIFE CORPORATION contractors wear professional uniforms that allow them to be visible or blend into the background as needed.
  • Medical Supplies and Signage: Each contractor brings medical supplies and signage to events, ensuring their area is easily identifiable in case of emergencies.
  • Reporting: A Patient Care Report (PCR) or patient contact tally is completed at each event.

Application Information

This is on-call, per diem contract work. It can be a few hours per week or several hours. The hours will vary, and each contractor can pick their own hours and the locations of the jobs. The majority of our clients are in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities, and the Metro area, but some events are outside of the local area and may involve traveling within and/or out of the state of Minnesota.

If you’d like to train people how to respond to medical emergencies with EMS education classes, provide First Aid training, or offer all levels of CPR instruction, we would love to hear from you.
